I am what most people would call an over achiever. I was not only a teen mom, but I earned my diploma from high school, began college, married the man of my dreams, had another child, and I am back in college working on my nursing degree. I am the type of person who will try everything once. If I absolutely can't do it, I probably won't attempt it again. Then again, if I think I can do it, I will try until I know I can do it. I have many crafts and hobbies that I enjoy thanks to my "I can totally do that" attitude. I enjoy singing, dancing, gymnastics, drawing, writing (naturally), painting, and so on. I even enjoy modeling and would like to try acting.

I do find time to spend with my family, and enjoy doing so. My two children are wonderful, although I have lots of stories to tell about my son. My children are my life, and I take much pride in them. Now don't get me wrong, there are times when (like most parents) I need a break, but I can never stay gone long.  I have already started encouraging my children to explore some hobbies of their own, and they do well with it. My daughter (the oldest) has already written a few books herself. My son is quite a story teller too.

I began writing about two years ago when in idea just popped into my head and haven't been able to stop since. My first book was written in less than two weeks, but they all haven't been that easy. I have four novels ready for publishing, two novels being written, about six more outlined in my notebook, and about a handful of picture books. Every time I get another idea, I jot it down and pick it up when I get the time. One day I hope to be a well known children's author, and have a top seller. It might take several years, but it'll come!
